All consultations with a Doctor are by booked appointment, with a Duty Doctor available to see genuine urgent cases.
Patients who wish to be seen as an emergency should telephone the Surgery and a Doctor will assess the emergency.
Most morning appointments are booked on the day with telephone lines and surgery doors open from 7.45am.
Afternoon appointments and some early morning appointments, with a Doctor can be booked up to (but no more than) 2 weeks in advance.
There are a number of ways that you can make an appointment.
When booking an appointment the reception staff will ask some questions about your needs for an appointment. This is to enable them to direct you to the appropriate person to help you and get you seen quicker. This may not always be a GP.
